What we collect
If you're a customer: your name, business name, email, the topics and details you send us, and your payment details, which Stripe collects and holds. We never see or store your card number.
If we emailed you: we may email a business after finding its contact address printed on its own public website. We keep that address, the company name, and what the company says it does, so we can write a relevant note and respect your choices.
On this website: we don't use advertising cookies or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
How we use it
To make your videos, send you invoices and updates, answer your questions, run our business and follow the law. We don't sell your information.
Who helps us
We use trusted services to run the business: Stripe for payments, Golpo to generate videos (it receives the script and instructions for a video), Proton for email, and Cloudflare for hosting. They handle data under their own policies.
Stopping our emails
Reply "stop" to any email from us or write to [email protected] and we won't contact you again. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we remember that.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll do it unless the law requires us to keep it, for example tax records.
How long we keep it
Customer records for as long as we work together and as long after as tax and business rules require. Contact details of businesses we emailed, until you ask us to delete them or for as long as they're useful, always with your opt-out saved.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this page we'll update the date at the top.
