What we do

Drawbridge Media makes short whiteboard-style explainer videos for businesses. We use AI-assisted illustration and voice tools. A person writes every script and checks every video before you get it.

Plans and what counts as a video

Starter is a one-time payment for 5 videos. Monthly 8, Monthly 20 and Monthly 50 include 8, 20 or 50 videos each month. Monthly 50 also includes one website video of 1 to 2 minutes. Each video is up to 60 seconds and comes in widescreen (16:9) and vertical (9:16). A longer video counts as two. Videos aren't carried over to the next month.

How an order works

You tell us what you do and which topics you want. We write each script and send it to you. We don't draw anything until you approve the script. You can ask for one round of changes per video within 14 days of delivery. For bigger needs than 50 videos a month, ask about Enterprise.

Paying

You pay up front through Stripe. The Starter is paid once. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Taxes are added where the law requires them. We never see your card number.

Cancelling a monthly plan

Email [email protected] any time. The plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then stops. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If we haven't started on your order, we'll refund it in full if you ask within 7 days of paying. Once a script is approved and drawing has started, we don't refund that video, but we'll fix mistakes we made. If we can't deliver videos you paid for, we'll refund the ones we didn't deliver.

Who owns the videos

After you pay, you get the finished files without a watermark and you may use them for your business on your website, ads and social channels. Sample videos we make before you pay are ours, carry a watermark, and can't be used or copied. We may show finished videos in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What you give us

You promise that what you tell us about your business is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You're responsible for the claims your videos make about your business. We may decline a topic that is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

No promises about results

We make good videos. We can't promise views, leads or sales. Videos are explanations, not legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

Fair use

Monthly plans cover the number of videos listed. Rush work and anything beyond the plan is arranged and priced separately. We can pause an account that abuses the service.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Florida law governs these terms.
